With CNBC and NBC News product teams joining forces, there was an opportunity to expand the success of the ecommerce Select brand to NBC News. I led the coordination across teams, helping to identify roles, processes, refine product requirements, craft UX strategy, define scope, and craft a realistic roadmap that would get us design complete and launched within a three-month timeline.
