Phoenix House is a 50 year old national non-profit. I joined as the lead designer on a newly formed digital team, created to improve user experiences and increase conversions by iterating on our digital products. I’m involved from research and strategy, to design, testing, a/b validating, and implementing. Projects have addressed issues such as information architecture, responsive design, clarity, usability, and user acquisition. The role expanded into managing and evolving the brand, as well as a small creative team implementing campaigns and assets for the national organization.
