Event planning is exciting, but only successful if people know to attend. After developing an adult-focused, week long film festival celebrating puppets in movies, I created a publicity package to send in advance to members of the press. The mailer was complete with reminders and information on the festival, reinforcing the tone and theme with shadow puppet characters.
